The things people ask
If the answer is not here, ask us directly — we would rather answer twice than have you guess.
- How long will my cup take?
- Two to four weeks for most cups, counted from the day payment clears. Hand-painted designs and anything using your own photo run closer to four. Each product page shows its own lead time.
- Can I send my own photo?
- Yes. Add the photo option at checkout and we will email you to collect the image once the order is in. It is printed on waterproof vinyl and sealed, so it survives daily use.
- Are they dishwasher safe?
- No — and neither is any glitter tumbler, whatever the seller tells you. Hand wash in warm soapy water, and keep them out of the microwave and the freezer. Heat is what breaks the seal and lets the water out.
- Do you ship?
- Yes, flat rate anywhere in the continental US, double-boxed and insured. Local pickup is free — choose it at checkout and we will message you when it is ready.
- Can I pay with Venmo or Zelle instead of a card?
- Yes. Place the order as normal and pick your payment method at checkout. You will get the payment details on the confirmation page and in your email. Production starts once payment lands.
- What if I need it by a specific date?
- Message us before you order with the date and what you want, and we will tell you honestly whether it is doable. We would rather turn down a rush than miss a wedding.
- Can I order something that is not on the site?
- That is most of what we do. Start on the custom orders page — tell us the idea and we will quote it.
- How do I care for it?
- Hand wash only, warm water, no abrasive sponges. Keep it out of direct sun, the dishwasher, the microwave and the freezer. The seal is the one thing that cannot be repaired at home.
