These terms apply when you order from MG Custom Snowglobes. The order policy forms part of them, and you confirm you have read it at checkout.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. We accept it when we confirm it by email. If we cannot make what you have ordered — a date we cannot hit, a request we cannot do well — we will tell you and refund anything already paid, in full.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars and are the ones shown at the moment you check out. We reprice every order when it is submitted, so the price you are charged is always the price published on the product page — not a figure carried over from an old browser tab.

Payment

Production begins when payment clears. Quoted turnaround times run from that day. Orders left unpaid for 14 days are cancelled and released.

Personalisation

Engraving and printed text are produced exactly as you supply them. We proofread and flag anything that looks wrong, and we always send a mock-up for approval, but the spelling you approve is the spelling that gets made. Re-cuts after approval are charged at cost.

You confirm that you own or have permission to use any image, name or artwork you send us. We will not reproduce copyrighted characters, logos or artwork that is not yours.

Returns

Made-to-order and personalised pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. This does not affect your statutory rights where an item arrives damaged, faulty, or materially different from what was approved.

Damage in transit

Everything ships double-boxed and insured. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the item and the packaging, and we will remake or refund it. Keep the packaging until the claim is settled.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Snowglobe cups contain liquid and loose glitter: hand wash only, keep them out of the dishwasher, microwave, freezer and direct sunlight, do not open them, and keep them away from small children unsupervised.
