Short version: we collect what we need to make your cup and get it to you, and nothing else. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising trackers, and there is no analytics script on this site.

When you place an order

We store your name, email address, phone number if you give one, the delivery address if you are having it shipped, what you ordered including any personalisation text, and the amount. This lives in a database we operate. It is what we use to build your piece, send you a mock-up, ship it, and answer you if something goes wrong.

Payment

Payments are made directly to us through PayPal, Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. Those services handle the transaction under their own privacy terms — we see only that the money arrived and the reference you attached.

When you message us

Enquiry forms send us your name, email, and what you wrote so we can reply. That is all it is used for — you are not added to a mailing list, because we do not have one.

Spam protection

Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. It does not track you across sites.

Cookies

There are no tracking cookies. Your cart is kept in your own browser's local storage and never leaves your device until you check out.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for seven years, because tax rules require it. Enquiries that do not turn into orders are deleted once the conversation is finished.

Your copy of it

Email [email protected] and we will send you everything we hold about you, or delete it, whichever you prefer — other than order records we are legally required to retain.
